Review Pathetic service from a store manager

I bought my sons school shoes in Feb 2019 and within a month shoes have been torn . I go to Woolworth in Killerney Houghton to get my money back , store manager and his/her incompetent managers fail me dismally to refund me , or give cash mu money . Discretion was never used where my case was concerned which is what I wanted. I shall report this further.............as I still have the shoes. Pathetic is the word.............
