Question for SAFEWAY ELECTRICAL

I have a single electric blanket that is 3 years old.Onlyused it to warm my bed up for half a. Hour a night during very cold nights in winter. This year after a few weeks it no longer warmed up. Is this product repairable or must I rather dispose of it?
