SAFEWAY ELECTRICAL - Pretoria

I purchased a Safeway Flat iron not even a year ago and its starting to give problems. The Flat iron is switching off all the time and I'm unable to use it. I am very disappointed that I have the box of the product but now I'm unable to change it due to the fact that I don't have a proof of purchase. I have never had problems until now and that the guarantee period is almost over again. Please help as I love the product.

Bought a three head shaver two months back. Unfortunately it had a charging problem. I charged it for 8 hours but could only shaved once for five minutes. Battery flat. I charge it again for 8 hours, same problem. Tried for 4 times. Took it back to Clicks. They offer a exchange for a new one, but when the Store manager mentioned it was the fourth came back, I ask for a refund. My wife have a battery and a rechargeble Safeway shaver. No problems. Maybe I must get myself a lady shaver. It is a very nice machine, pity it has a charging problem.

On the ja 3474 safeway shaver, will the charge indicating light go off if it is fully charged

When will I know that my shaver is fully charged. Does the read light go dead or turn another colour?

Good afternoon, I purchased a Safeway kettle at Clicks just before lockdown and it leaks below the spout where the plastic is. This is the second Safeway kettle that I have bought and it has done the same thing.
Please get back to me urgently as I want to be refunded. Thank you, Collette McRobert
