Question for KIA MOTORS - HEAD OFFICE (Complaints)

Can it cost R8000 just to find out what is mechanical wrong in the engine of your Kia Rio Tec 2013.

How is it possible that the warranty on the car is not going to pay for parts although it is ordered a months before warranty expires and delivery will only be days after expire date.Order is then before expiry date.
