Question for OOSTENBERG MUNICIPALITY - KRAAIFONTEIN

My question is the guys that cut grass in the Meltonrose area,where do I get hold of them,cause the grass was cut twice at the back of our houses but not behind my yard,it is a open field.Opposite the train station at Meltonrose.
