Question for OK FURNITURE - HEAD OFFICE, Customer Care, Contact Details

I went to Ixopo furniture to cancel a lay bye because I can not afford to continue paying for it reason financial difficulties and they said they don't have cash to refund. how come a big store doesn't have 1000 to give me? I have to go back home soon and its very far from Ixopo.
