Question for HYUNDAI MOTORS - HEAD OFFICE

I bought Hyundai i20 2013 model at 32km since I bought it had a a gear no 2 problem they fix it and came back at ******** km gave me same problem the manager at Hyundai in repairs department he said because I missed service of ********km refuse to fix it so he said he wrote to you and you said no because my car had a cheap underneath he said is that problem, quietly I am not happy I am in cape town my number is ********
