Hyndui Centurion
Took my car for a service in Centurion In June they ddnt stamp and update my service history on service book,called hyndui centurion spoke to a lady called Miranda she says i must drive to Centurion so they can stamp the book and i should have checked,why am i only checking now told me he will tell the manager to call me even now no call at all worst customer service ever received in my life,is it not the Responsibility of the dealership to check,stamp and update service book?why should it be e-mailed it to me cos i was there in the first place?why do i have to spend petrol and money to print at an internet cafe?they are not even taking accountability is this how customers are treated?

My suster baught a Hyundai i20 and still paying the vehicle. Dont think its fair to buy a car and drive like this?
I also saw other hyundai i20 vehicles on the road with the same problem

Cancellation and deposit refund
The service I received was poor I was mislead from one call to the next.I didnt take delivery of the vehicle was given documents to sign before seeing the vehicle.
Alcohol consumption was done during working hours and they dont want to give me a option to cancel yet I did tell the manager Deon I wasnt happy and only saw the car after signing.

Ever since the 11.12.2020 I got no help whatsoever all I get told is to come take delivery of the vehicle or I will get charged storage fees.

False advertising
I brought a 2019 Hyundai Accent from Hyundai Weltevreden park and there had an advert that stated that if you brought a Hyundai in September, you would get a kids ride on car, to my surprise I was told that because there give me a discount on my car I don't qualify. The service at this dealership is terrible, there just give me two keys no keyring. It's being over a month and I'm still waiting for the vehicle to be registered with my personalized number plate and the door rubber that was torn when I brought the vehicle might only be done in a months time if there get stock of the part

Excellent service
I have recently purchased a i10 grand from the Hyundai Hillcrest dealership. The service I received from the Sales consultant Lenny Moodley were amazing. The Sales Manager Clinton were always helpful as well!

An amazing dealership and you could be proud of them.

Refund due to me
I had repairs done to my Hyundai Accent ( on 30 August 2018 ) at Hyundai Pinetown, and I paid a deposit of R 2 500.00 on 21 August 2018 for these repairs to be done. When I collected my car from Hyundai Pinetown on 30 August 2018 I paid a further R 5 495.50 for these repairs. I subsequently found that the R 2 500.00 paid by me on 21 August 2018 had not been deducted from my repair bill and that I had been charged for new wiper blades to that were supposedly fitted to my car. I did not ask for these wiper blades to be fitted, and to make matters really worse, new wiper blades had NOT been fitted to my car. I requested Hyundai Pinetown on that same day, 30 August 2018, to refund my deposit of R 2 500.00 and the cost of the wipers that had not been fitted to me. Despite numerous contacts with Hyundai Pinetown and a long e-mail to the dealer principal, Mr Mark Torrance, I have to date still not received my refund. This is now two weeks that I have been trying to get my monies due to me refunded, with no success. No communication at all from Mr Torrance either. This is totally ridiculous and certainly unacceptable service and treatment from Hyundai Pinetown and Hyundai Finance Dept. A problem that has arisen that is Hyundai's fault. I have been more than patient and accomodating, and if the monies due to me are not paid into my bank account by 16h00 tomorrow, 14 September 2018 then I will take further action, probably to the Hyundai Ombudsman as well ( I see on the web that there is such an organisation / person ). I will probably forward this matter to this Ombudsman anyway, whether my monies are refunded as requested or not. I cannot find an e-mail address on the web ( it is not given on the site that I looked at ) for Hyundai Head Office because this is where I wanted to forward this e-mail to.

excessive play on steering in straight ahead posiotion on open road.
Brand new grand i10 fluid. complained that vehicle wanders on the open road in the straight ahead position. Wheel alignment redone(now the steering wheel is off center) The steering wheel has excessive free play in straight ahead position that one has to guide the car all the time back to center position. The steering wheel can be moved left to right while driving straight with no effect on the direction of the car, to much free play. This appears to be a patent fault as I am told that this is normal for the i10 model. It is unacceptable and dangerous to say the least. The car was sold to me by your Knysna agents. bad service from Hyandai Bloemfontein
I took my hyandai i10 for a leaking problem to hyandai Bloemfontein at first they could not find the fault and I left my vehicle overnight there. When I collect my vehicle it was still leaking the Service Manager came and look and he re fill the water bottle that you use to clean your windscreen. The same day in the afternoon still the same and took it back and then they only find the fault. They told me that they have to other a part and the part came in a week the part came and they fix the vehicle. On Sat I went to my car in the garage and did not saw the water and slip on it and only what they can say is sorry and when I contact the Customer Service and they than told me I must get a lawer and he must contact hyandai lawers.

I thin it is really bad service from Hyandai at all.

BAD SERVICE
This is now my 3rd grand i10 bought from Hyundai Edenvale. My first car was flooded, I received my second car which the under of the car was full off rust, I receive my 3rd car last year April and since then have been having endless issues with the vehicle. Every month the car has been going back to the Dealer to sort out but the best part is that they cannot find the fault but within a week the car is bad to having issues eg: noise in the engine bay, clutch is to high etc. The problems have never changed and have always been the same for the past year. I left the car with them last month for a few days when I picked the car up in front of the service manager I put the car in reverse and as I left the clutch it made that noise in the engine bay I did the very same thing going forward. Thereafter I met with the DP of Edenvale Hyundai and he drove the car and tried to tell me that it was the way I drive that is the problem its been a week now and still he did not get back to me . they are very unprofessional. Now once again I must be inconvenience because of Hyundai Edenvale . this morning I have email the DP has I want to trade the car in and still no reply

Its time they catch a wake up and I will go to the media if needed cause people should know about this dealers and how they only want the sale but not to keep their customers happy

Pathetic service from hyundai Pinetown
I purchased a brand new Hyundai i20 from Hyundai Pinetown on the 13th of October 2017 and I have been having endless problems with this car. The most frustrating thing is about Hyundai is that no one has the courtesy to respond to my emails or my complaints.

Disgusting service at Hyundai East Rand
I received the absolute worst service from Hyundai east rand . I left my car there for over a week , no issues were fixed .They deliver my car filthy and even bumped my car . worst service ever

Hi. My name is v . Pillay. My son saw a 2014 polo with sunroof for sale priced at R 175 000.00 eith 25 000 km mileage on hyundai pinetown website . At midday on 25 may 2017 I spoke to one Mr yaseen agreeing to visit the said vehicle at Showroom at 17:00. Mentioned vehicle was 100 m away from him
Got another call from yougeshan who asked me to cancel appointment with yaseen and meet him. For inspection to same vehicle. Promised to give me a discount of R 5500 being on the road cost. I travelled 180 km return from stanger only to find yougeshan very nervous . Spoke to another person on side and informed me that the said vehicle is sold.
Disappointed about dishonest.unprofessional manner that employees of a seemingly reputable leading garage carry their business out.
Kindly investigate this serious matter and kindly provide an explanation for this rotten seemingly under handed business.
I keen on knowing what went wrong .

What is the reason for the bad service at Hyundai Somerset west.This is the 3rd time i got this type of servise.from the people who work for hyundaiSOmerset west.

How is it possible that Hyundai employs a young man who only matriculated last year, still new and fresh to the corporate world, only to be informed three weeks after working for them and requesting what his employment conditions would be, that a casual worker such as himself does not qualify to receive an agreement in writing or what his salary or wage would be. To make matters worst, after investigating the matter by his parent, he is then told that he did not work for Hyundai in Weltevreden Park but worked for their Sales consultant, Darren Naidoo, and he will pay him out of his own pocket. Hyundai, what is wrong with this story and your principal Mr Robert Bender, agrees with this type of behavior, that is even more worrisome to me. Come on, don't make abuse of our young people who are starting out in the corporate world and only thrives to have a good job and earn a salary. Can this matter please be investigated and rectified.

A very bad service form hundai brayston and hundai towing depart.the service i needed is still under warranty,my spare keys needed to be coded cos i lost my original.the towing departm told me i had to pay.even if the dealer(manager philip) which sold me the car confirm that it was still under warranty and had to be towered, i caled him to let him know what i was told by the towing guys.he said he does nt know how towing depart works and there is nothing he can do. i had to pay for my own towing.
