Question for OUTSURANCE - HEAD OFFICE Contact Details, Address

I drove a Honda Jazz of which the insurance was paid through my ex husband. I need the insurance history of the car in order to obtain new insurance. How do i go about in getting the history of it. The car was on his name but I was the driver of it. My details will also be on the insurance.
