Question for NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE

i have a nokia lumia 520 and it is on airplane mode i cant take it out i did google and it seems is a international problem with the lumia 520 no i cant use my phone i default it 100 times still the same problem even change simcards still the same problem, ,,,,please help
