Question for HYUNDAI MOTORS - HEAD OFFICE

Hi there i bought hyndai i20 in December 2016, from the day i drove it the reverse gear gave me a problem I took it to Hyndai in East London, they fixed the problem but within no time time the gear once more dies the same problem, I took this car for more than 5times from now but it still does the same, please assist as im very tired of what is wrong in this car... cell number ********
