No customer service
I am getting absolutely no feedback from Travelstart for an urgent flight delay. This is putting me in a dangerous position being stranded in Nairobi without the option of leaving the airport. Travelstart not answering any calls, emails or whatsappa. This is terrible and potentially dangerous service.

Most pathetic service in my life
I had flexible date air tickets and due to circumstances out of my control, I had to change the date. I rebook the ticket again but Travelstart bill me again. It means I pay double the price. I try to communicate on the website but it seems like a default message that was sent to me. I got someone in South Africa to phone but Travelstart did not answer the phone. I tried to communicate on Whatsupp but it is only a robot that asks questions and the client has to respond with a 1 or a 2 that could not solve my problem. I needed to talk to a real person but that is not possible with this company and I probably have to take legal action to have my money refunded.

DREADFUL SERVICE
They do not have a telephone contact centre - they do not respond to the chat service - they do not answer their emails so consequently they have destroyed many families Christmas time!

UNHELPFUL
THE MOST UNHELPFUL PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. YOU TRY USE THERE WHATSAPP TO SORTOUT AN ISSUE AND ALL THEY DO IS CLOSE THE TICKET. THEY SEND YOU TO OTHER AIRLINES TO SORT OUT A PROBLEM THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. YOU CANT ACTUALLTY SPEAK TO ANYONE.

IVE BEEN TRYING TO SORT OUT AN ISSUE FOR 2 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED,I HAVE TO KEEP LOGGING A NEW CONVERSATION ON WHATSAPP AS THEY KEEP LOSING THE TICKET.

poor service and contact details provided appears to be a machine with a default message
This is truly shocking. I am trying to cancel a flight from Gauteng because of the lockdown and I am getting the same message over and over from a Lucy on whats app. It looks like this nr is managed by a machine with a default: please provide an email address for this booking, then, sorry the email address does not match on repeat
