Snatcher Online - Honeydew

I paid for my order last thursday currently it seems i am speaking to a robot because no one respond to me about my order its the 4th day today only automatic replies that i get.So i want to cancel this because i cant wait for another week hence communication is very poor.

A very untrustworthy online store, orders take weeks, and get delivered short, their products are not worth the hassle, and even though they still owe me money on the stock short delivered, I would rather lose the money than try and spend the "credit" that is nowhere to be seen on their poorly designed online platform!
Their products are all lower grade trinkets that can be shopped in any bargain store without the hassle, so they will not get another order from me ever again.

I ordered 4 items- only received two. One was said to be not in stock, I asked for a different size coz I knew they weren’t gonna refund me. They wanted proof of my baking details- no ways I was gonna share my banking details with them.

So I opted for refund. Then it was time for receiving the order, the phone case- reason I placed the order was just not in the delivery parcel.

Never buy from these people. They say they don’t pay back to the credit card, I will call my bank and request a chargeback then.

This online company is scamming online. This is fraud. Please be aware of this scam. I have place and paid my order. No reply, no action and when you call the number it gives you a message that they don't take any call due to the nature of the business

Snatcher- What an UNPLEASURABLE experience supporting them. Nearly 2 and a half months since requesting a refund and still I HAVE NOT seen a CENT!! Multiple EMPTY promises, with emails as proof, is all they have to offer. Snatcher should reconsider their write up on their values and refund policies-you are UNACCOUNTABLE and your policies need attention as you neglect to mention the lengthy process and time it takes to refund your customers. Snatcher CLEARLY does not deem their customers as a priority. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you rethink supporting them.

The product was scratched and damages. Within 10 minutes from receipt of the product, I requested the return of the goods and a refund. They requested photos which I uploaded and emailed and since then my emails are ignored. No answer and no service. Will also report to HelloPeter.

Good luck with trying to return anything with this place. Customer care was horrific! The one box delivered to me came with parts missing and another item just didn't work. Had to wait over a month for them to arrange to have an exchange done and eventually just canceled and kept the broken items. You are asked to print out a 4 page document for the delivery company coming to pick up your returns???? Have never had such a challenging experience trying to return anything!

I bought a camera that said it does full HD but turned out not to be the case. The quality is TERRIBLE. It sucks. The camera also had a scratch on its lens. The box was also damaged. I would not recommend snatcher. Takealot is a much better place to buy online.

i ORDERED A HAMBURGER PATTY MAKER ABOUT ONE MONTH AGO AND PAID r 159.00 AS REQEUSTED BY YOY. NO DELIVERY YET. I DID SEND SEVERAL E-MAILS TO SNATCHER....WHICH ARE BEING IGNORED WITHOUT FAIL!

One month after purchase, i am struggling to get everything i ordered. The traininig band i ordered mulfunctioned, another one delivered was wrong again. Now i cant get what i want coz its alleged i damaged packaging. Now i am told to drive to honeydew to collect the wrong one i returned.

I have to agree with other reviews, also waiting for a refund from them for more than a month. No reply to my mails, not to Hellopeter review I did. Products are like ordering from WISH, a hit and a miss quality. At least Wish's refunds are trouble free.

I only used the service of Snatcher online once and my experience has been a negative one .I requested for a simple refund but it would seem that is too complicated for them to process.Please review your refund policy .A customer should not have to wait so long just to get a refund processed.

Delivery took 3 weeks. Sub standard quality products. Wrong sizes sent. Items missing on products. No after sales service. Don't respond to my 6 emails. Act as if they can't hear you on the phone. I will be reporting them to the Consumer Protection Council Ombudsman.

Buy from Snatcher Online "www.snatcher.co.za" at your own risk. This store advertise products that they do not have in stock everyday. Their good in advertising and glamorous website with fake rating to attack customers and scam them.
After you order, there's no communication and when you contact them, they make promises and never deliver. Then after 2 weeks, then they email their customers to inform them that they don't have stock while they promised that delivery it's on its way.

Every customer would expect to be refunded since they always make an excuse "read reviews on google ratings from customers (who have either received wrong orders, broken, none delivery, no refunds, no communication etc). Snatcher Online rating on their website are amended and deleted should a customer give true feedback about their bad service.

To date I have not received anything nor even my refund. Emails are ignored so as their calls.

This store needs to be off the market and be inspected to stop scamming customers and getting away with it.

Hi I have ordered iron cast ports from your store when can I expect a delivery
