Worst service ever!!!! Scammers!
They have unreachable numbers on all their social media platforms and website. Once you have signed up they ignore all calls and every month there is a problem with the internet if you get any internet connection. They have changed their company name and banking details to something very unrelated to the company which raised my suspicion initially , then the service went from bad to not existant. Also when you complain on their website live chat... they have the worst attitude and basically argue back. Unfortunately i am only able to upload one image otherwise i have a whole lot of screenshots to illustrate my point.

Be careful of this scammers Home cloud
Home cloud stealing our money. I bought their once off data pay R579 but I did not received data. I called them they said they are loading data. The Lady by name of Laurelda keep on saying data is loaded when it not loaded afterwards her phone is off. Another lady by name of Philile promise to sort it out but now she is not answering her phone. It been 6 days now no one answer phone since all their contact are mobile phones.

Inability to register a simcard and load data
I am so sorry signed up with this company. I have send numerous WhatsApps, e-mails, phoned aswell as chat on the online. I have been deducted R1200 for LTE data. After a week I started to ask where my simcard is. The answer was it has been dispatched. A few days later after threatening to cancel and asking for my refund from the agent on WhatsApp, I was contacted by a lady saying she will email me the waybill details. When I go the email it stated it was only dispatched the day I started getting pushy!the Friday my simcard was delivered. I contacted agent via WhatsApp and he said he will contact his manager to activate it. Later the day he let me know they are activating as we speak. Long story short by Sunday there was no LTE!!!so I started complaining again I complained online chat again, again just apologies and mention of tickets for support!¡!!!¡ I tried 4 telephone numbers on Monday. No answer. I WhatsApp my agent. No answer. My chats isn't even opened. Monday afternoon I get a email that simactivication are in progress and will be done by end of day. is I send an email to my agent as well as Thobekile stating my disgust with this disgraceful service. Again...no reply.

Friendly and best advise
I have been a client of Home Cloud since May 2018 and they have been so friendly and very helpful. No problem too big or too small. Thank you Home Cloud.

Great and Professional Service
Since the day that we got connected to their service we only had a problem once, where the router didn’t read the SIM card anymore. Took it back to them, they apologized and fixed the problem immediately. Had to wait 10min in their reception area, where they offered us something to drink.
Got the Sim card and router back and everything was working fine. Since then no problem at all.
I would really recommend them.
