Shaun De Jager / EL Shaddai does NOT even own a truck, he has no branches all over the country as he claims, its all lies!! He has no warehousing facilities, if you lucky he will store your furniture in his backyard.
He runs his criminal activity by "robbing Peter to pay Paul" & will claim that he is unwritten by Outsurance, its all lies, no reputable company will unwrite such a fraudster.
Please do yourself a favour & check out the bad reviews on this criminal on Hellopeter, gumtree & of course on Google reviews, right under his nose! Everyone can't be wrong.
Be warned!! Don't pay over any money to this Thug, he is bad news!! He claims to have "connections" in the Consumer Council & Police.

NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY
Worst Removal Company
I needed a move from Jhb to Cpt so I requested a few quotes from companies. Justin from El shaddai contacted me and asked me to send him an inventory list, so I sent him one. I was not sure of the company and haven't heard of them, so I asked for a list of reference. I called a few of the references, some said their move was fine but now I think it was a business scam. I received a quote of R9600 and was asked to pay a deposit. Justin practical begged for me to give them the business. So I paid a 50% deposit and was told that the truck on the removal day would come at 10am. I was given excuses on the day of removal that it was delayed and the truck reached me after 1:30pm. The truck that was sent to me was too small, even the driver mentioned it. So I called Justin and he told me if I needed a bigger truck that he has to quote me R********. I told him it was not within my budget. So I asked for a refund and he told me that I will be given a refund within 5 working days. I called the office in the 5th day and was told that my name is on the list of refunds and I will be paid between 4-6pm. At 6:30pm I didn't receive payment so I called the office and they told me my name isn't on the list. Today the 6th day I called the office and apparently was put through to the director and he tells me that no, I will not be refunded because a truck was sent out to me and there are cost involved. So how did he expect my stuff to fit on a small truck? SO PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY SHADY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS.
