Do Meizone head office in Durban still exist?
I need to get hold off the Head office in Durban.
Noooooooooooo luck on 031 303 2749.
Seems like there is not any branch of Medizone still operating in South Africa.

Good luck all with machine's, me include.

to whom it may concern the manager of the branch does not acknowledge the importance of treating her staff well , she has terrible leadership skills and they do not pay their consultants ,

Hi..i don't have an equipments they take it back, i dont get pay. She doesn't give us any information about training and incentives.am having alot of clients in my village but i don't have machines. If possible i can still work but not under supervision that i have now.

How long will machine go to service
Poor poor service my machine was on since January 2020 , it was difficult to find them since November 2019 , the agent who sold the machine to said he's no longer working for them , the lady who took the machine from me to service , doesn't answer my calls messages or whatsap , I call her with another , she answered something that I can't what she said , their service is very poor , they don't about their customers but every month they deduct from my bank while I'm waiting for my machine to be back they don't care as long as they receive the money

I gave one star but trust me they actually do not even deserve this
I am beyond dissatisfied. I don't think the name client means anything anymore. Two years ago bought my medizone machine.

It was easy and absolutely so friendly coming to demonstrate the machine and selling it to me. But the service is poor poor poor poor.

The consultant that sold me the machine gave me a number to phone if I wanted my machine serviced. O my goodness, it's unbelievable how I have been struggling to get in contact with thwm. Left numerous messages. Phoned again and again. And on the 5th time leaving my number for someone to call me back I get this phone call from Greg that you are actually scared of talking to because of his attitude. Then I said well it seems like being a client means nothing so obviously nothing more to sa, jip that's right he puts 5he phone down. Absolutely discussed.

I will most definitely not recommend anyone to finance through them.

My question, do I have the right to be upset!?!? Poor poor service.

Only now explained to me that Lizzy that sold the mashine to me was separate from them. Would have been nice to know. Lesson learnt!!!!

I am experiencing the same here, I can not get hold of anyone I think the company is closed, my machine need to be serviced yhooooo this is so stressful.
