Running SEPM 14. Is there a way to have 2 Admin email addresses, where a password reset goes to the one and the reports and/or alerts can go to a group?

I have installed SEPM 14 but admin account is locked. none of the built in tools are working and I need to get on the console. as I had to upgrade to 14 to support windows 10 clients packages.
Please Please Please assist as I cannot keep my site protected.

I have DLP infrustructure running on a virtual environment which consist of an enforce manager, 2 dlpmail prevent, 1 endpoint prevent. i want to configure a web prevent for one of our regions that doesnt have vm environment so we have purchased a physical server.

when I setup the server it shows as unkown inthe enforce,i have conrfimed that ports are open, tested the connection.

could it be that its a physical server?
