Question for Symantec SA:Technical Support

I have DLP infrustructure running on a virtual environment which consist of an enforce manager, 2 dlpmail prevent, 1 endpoint prevent. i want to configure a web prevent for one of our regions that doesnt have vm environment so we have purchased a physical server.

when I setup the server it shows as unkown inthe enforce,i have conrfimed that ports are open, tested the connection.

could it be that its a physical server?
