Poor service delivery
On behalf of all passengers using Putco please allow me to complain about the terrible service we have been receiving since after the strike we fill our tags but no buses pitch especially to Kramerville, when it does rain we rain wet whether we on the bus or not I mean this is a service we are paying for it is not free transport, I can't be getting a warning while I was at the bus stop on time but no bus pitched please advise the resolution to this issue or rather stop operating because we can't continue like this.

Wynberg Bus
As a taxpaying citizen of Anytown, I am extremely displeased with the level of service offered by our public buses. I understand that transportation infrastructure is complex, but the system by which our city organizes the buses needs to be changed drastically.

I frequently use public transportation to get around Anytown as well as during my daily commute to and from work. We have several bus lines that are intended to provide convenient access to locations around town. This would be effective if the buses ran on a dependable schedule. In the past six week, I have experienced late buses on my commute and one that did not arrive at all.

The Shift of 435 from Belle Ombre to Wynberg we don't have a bus.

One way to improve this situation would be to add additional service. In the very least, the bus schedule needs to be modified to more accurately reflect when the buses arrive.

I hope that you will take my complaint into consideration. Many people suffer under the deterioration of public transportation in Anytown, and while many of them are as inconvenienced as I am, few will take the time to notify you. If you question my claims, I suggest you attempt to ride to work on one of your own buses for an entire month. Then you may see how frustrating it is to be late for work because of a faulty bus schedule.

Paid a child price while I am an adult
I am not happy at at, I took a bus from siyabuswa (12:00) I paid the full price but my surprise is when I check the slip that he gave me,it says child which is R9.00 and I paid adult price which was R30 I need clarification

Sudden route change
I normally board a bus(9191) from Midrand in the afternoons which goes via Highgate but to my surprise this afternoon the bus driver just made a U-Turn just after Marainsburg offramp and said he is no longer going to Highgate because there was traffic jam I had to get off and walk to Highgate and the place is not safe to walk...why do we suffer like this for your services tht we pay for?

Bus shortages
Buses going to midrand/centurion that pass Rahima Moosa hospital only 2 Buses are available in the morning same goes for the afternoon... What happened to the others???? As for other Buses going via the N1 are much more then the ones going vir empire... Why????

Poor service and lack of respect
The service we receive is not satisfying and the drivers don't even consider us. Why is it that we get to struggle while we buy tickets on time? Today we waited in marabastad from 17:00 until 18:45 for a mere bus to come . We did not agree to that , where was the buses that were supposed to come? We were not informed what was happening. Why is that ?

despatcher poor service
so called despatcher changed the Fourways jikeleza the shift number it ends with 62 from mdeni terminus to Rustenburg road then he advised us that jikeleza bus only to find that the bus is going to Strydom park we arrived late at work i think you should provide training to those despatcher as its affecting our jobs as they play around running dont know wat they doing,and i would to give a big up to 9296 baba Zwane driver when its him driving we arrive at work on time and hes very reliable

Complain
I have a problem with the bus from randburg to Dobsonville no 9023, the driver always drops us where he feels like dropping us, he doesn't wanna end where the bus has to end, it's been weeks now this has been happening
