Thank you Jawitz for having such a professional and dedicated agent Kanyo Matshidiso from Centurion Office. She went beyond our expectations and delivered good service from the time we put our property on the market until we close the deal, we were able to reach her at any time of the day and Kanyo would have solution even if the queries were not directly for her but everything regarding the sale of the property was able to send to the relevant people and proper follow up was made by her. She is so understanding and loves her job . I would recommend her at anytime to someone who wants to buy or sell because I know she will not disappoint. As the executive of a property in Welkom, me and my brother got in touch with Clinton de Witt from Jawitz Properties Welkom. From the start he was eager to sell the property and his services was a 6/10 but as soon as the property was sold his attitude changed and he just doesn't reply to any emails you send to him. The sale was done in October 2020 and the registration hasn't gone through yet. I'm in touch with the registration lawyer weekly to get this settled but Covid 19 does not make it easy. We've decided now to give the cash client the opportunity to take occupation of the property but the request doesn't get through to the client because Clinton refuses to answer any emails from us? Am I missing something or did the Welkom Jawitz Properties branch closed down?

I was renting a property from Jawitz in Pinelands. After 3 years the owner decided he wanted to increase rental and if i wasnt happy i was to move out that very month. Damages to the property was claimed for a pool that was never in working condition. Sent Jawitz an email where the owner stated he would not fix my pool and still monies were deducted. Matter is still ongoing and it seems that Jawitz is more than happy to stand by their landlords and to hell with the person renting the property. very disappointed in their service.
