The worst courier company ever,took the a while to deliver my parcel and when they did deliver they were rude,threatening to leave my parcel outside the gate.

This has to be the shittiest courier service I've ever experienced in my life I bought wrap around ponytail at Aliexpress, and they delivered to me a blank parcel with no label inside the parcel was letters I was shocked almost passed out I did all I could getting their contact numbers took me two weeks only for them to tell me that it's the company I ordered from that sent the parcel. Really? Now I'm struggling to get my refund because my supplier did sent me evidence pics of my package when they shipped it out so this means that they deliberately took the label of my parcel and put it on the wrong parcel or for someone else's benefit I soo wish your courier shuts down you are clearly incompetent of handling people's parcels your just a legit SCAMMER!

there’s no communication or whatsoever from the company, when i track my order it says it has been sent to the destination but i’ve been waiting for the delivery but nothing is happening still haven’t gotten my order till now!!

According to reviews here I'm facing the same thing they called me to.deliver my parcel but until now two days they haven't delivered..and yet they're saying that they're in Bloemfontein what kind of a company is this?

I find it very strange that the tracking of my parcel shows in transit to capetown however none of the dpex numbers that are listed works and the company that i buy from normally uses a diffrent courier company

Very poor service and the contact numbers aren't even working I'm very disappointed with dpex and it's not even the first time since this is happening.

I haven’t received my package to my home address but it says that my package has been delivered on their site but I recurved nothing . Their numbers don’t exist either

The worst service! I would not recommend this company at all. My parcel has been sitting in JHB since February and no delivery has been made to me in Cape Town. The phone number on your website does not operate, neither does the one overseas operate, communication is non-existent and absolutely terrible. Your service is sickening!

Kindly provide me with the dpex Johannesburg contact details as I've been waiting for a parcel for a month but the status says on hold in customs can I please get assistance anyone
