Does anyone have a contact number for DPEX to follow up?

Hi there my tracking number is ******** when I track it it says that my parcel has been delivered to Johannesburg and has been signed for?! “Proof of delivery-signature” I haven’t received my parcel and my address is not in Johannesburg

My parcel with tracking number 555 928 302 786 has been in customs since March. Please let me know whats happening to my parcel. What is the procedure as I dont seem to be getting through any for help. This is frustrating.

Please advice when my package; tracking no. ******** , will be delivered. The poackage is in your Store in South Africa since 25 March 2020.
