Worst Service and Thief of landlord
I rented property with Rawson Properties Edenglen agent name: Annamaria Leach

When I moved in I registered all damages and send them to agent via email with pics included. I requested six months lease and they also agreed as they said owner was not confident that I could afford to pay asking them why answer was that because I have few addresses listed on my profile.

When I gave notice to move out i was told a lot of crap stories. I’m supposed to be refunded my deposit the landlord went and registered things I reported damaged when I moved in as damaged by myself. He has now seized my deposit and refused to pay me the agent in question is entertaining that.

The worst part is that I went to your website I realized most Black people complain about same thing disrespect included. These now affirms that treatment I’m receiving is accorded to Black people who deals with your entity.

Kindly assist with advising your agent Annamaria Leach and the Landlord Ephraim Weiss that I want my deposit complete as I won’t allow you people to steal from me.

TERRIBLE service - Rawson Northcliff Rentals
My key-handover and inspection was appalling - when I pointed out that things were broken I got told "you'll have to complain about it, mam" - no help sorting out the situation whatsoever.
There was never, not even once, any mention of a pro rata that I would need to pay. THREE MONTHS after I moved in I suddenly got an invoice for pro rata.
I never received the signed contract from Rawson (with al 3 parties' signatures)
The LANDLORD hasn't even received the signed contract.
Apparently when he asked for the signed contract, he was told "we don't have it" (SERIOUSLY??????)
You do not respond to emails (I got this from Shana, An-Marie, as well as Sharon - seems to not be limited to one person)
My emails and questions were ignored and left unanswered.
It took Rawson 6 WEEKS to send out a maintenance team - and only after there were lawyers involved.
The landlord has not received one single statement in the time that I paid my rent.
Rawson is supposed to act as the middle man between the landlord and the tenant. there were NUMEROUS times where I had to act as the middle man between Rawson and the ;andlord, because the landlord could never get through to Rawson, you don't call him back, and don't respond to emails.
It has been 2 months since I moved out of the premises and I have CONTINUOUSLY asked Rawson about the pro rata that needs to be paid back to me. "We'll provide feedback" is the only response I get. To date - no feedback, no payment.
This begs the question - Rawson claims 6.5% of the rental fee - but for what? What exactly do you do? How exactly did you assist me or the landlord during the time that I was renting with you? This is daylight robbery - expecting tenants and landlords to pay for a service that is very far from actually being any kind of service at all.

Never again will I use Rawson

Rawson is a money making scam.they are just bt making money no matter who they con and wrong. I've had such first hand experience..and I'm going to Blog bt this and go viral on social media..ppl is going to know that Rawson stands for "bad service"

Agents disinterest
i signed a lease agreement on 01st March, had my bin stolen end April. been requesting Rawson Properties in Ottery to provide bin and to date still no bin. the agent takes a week to respond to my request, if at all. I've been sending emails and whatsapp messages and they ignore it. I had a issue with maintenance as well, window handles breaking, washbasin cracks etc. took them 3 months to have that sorted. i was told carpets would be cleaned before i moved in, to date nothing. the service has been disgusting!!!

Scew by Rawson property
We renting a property in Rondevlei Mitchell's plain,since we moved in we having endless problems that was 6 months ago,paying for 350L of water where the majority of the water running to hell no where but not into y taps,at the moment my hot water tap in the kitchen that was replaced in the kitchen (tap broke 2 days after I moved in,tap was replace 2 months ago,meaning been without a water tap in the kitchen for 4 months,Agent don't give a damn when they have ur money then u on ur own.when u refuse to pay,lawyers are very quick to send summons, this will be my first and my last with agents of this aRawson Properties
