NO SERVICE AT ALL
I have been trying to contact Transunion ITC for weeks, either nobody knows what you are talking about, or the phone is off the hook. I want to become a business partner, but with such disgraceful service I will turn elsewhere.

Account Clearance
Good day
I do not know who to contact anymore. I have an account that has not been cleared on my name. I have been dealing with this query for over 2 years it keeps showing as outstanding. I have a settlement letter from supplier, they also sent an email to you stating that this account is paid yet no one is clearing it. It shows that I have an outstanding amount which is in arrears now. This is very disturbing. I wish I go walk into your offices and resolve it one time but I do not know where to go. Please advise asap.

Pathetic Service
My account got locked. I waited for weeks after sending necessary documentation to Transunion. When I called with my reference number, the operator said they "will escalate". Still no response after the "escalaton".

Removed from itc
Hi,
I have tried to call you guys endless times n get no joy of speaking to anyone. Please tell me if I paid up my account. How long does it take to be removed from itc ..i need to purchase a car urgently. Does anybody ever respond to clients or are we speaking to ourselves.

I have tried to call and speak to your CEO in respect of the bad the service your company provides . I will be contacting the National Credit Regulator to lay a formal complaint in this regards!
