Payment taken no delivery!!!!
I have placed an order my money was taken from my account got a message saying my order is declined. No credit has been done I've been trying to contact you for over 3 hours emails sent no response!!!!! This is unacceptable!!

Absolutely discussed with Mr Delivery, you have taken my money and delivered NO food.
I have for 3 hours been asking and NOT one person even replies!!!

Terrible service
They sent my order back to Takealot without even trying to deliver it to me. On Takealot it says that they couldn't deliver the item coz no one was home. That is a lie!

Same here and they drove past my house like 3 times today, they just delivered a package yesterday so its not like they dont find my house even and why do we have a cellphone number on the package???

No Refund
I placed an order in error and I called the call Centre was told the order has been cancelled and I would receive a full refund within 5 days in my bank account.
To date I haven’t received my money back

I ordered with Mr Delivery on Wednesday 22 July. They took my money immediately and then said restaurant canceled my order. NO REFUND AS OF YET!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. NO NUMBERS WORK.

I cannot get hold of anybody, anywhere, to report 2 fraudulent transactions originating from Mr D.

The telephone number for Head Office, Rosebank "does not exist!"

Now what do I do?

THE WORST
Placed order at 18:18 ORDER NO DFD******** money deducted 18:18 delivery time 19:11 then changed to 19:21, called after an hour and was told there was a delay at the Kenilworth branch and food would be late! Waited until 21:00 when I called for your staff to tell me the order has been canceled. From the time the money was deducted there has been NO communication from mr delivery, I would at least expect someone to have the decency to inform me whether it be via your app or sms or email informing me the items are no longer available, instead you make me wait 3hours and when I call in a third time your consultants have the audacity to tell me I'm lying and insist on speaking over me. I must say I am disgusted in the way your staff speaks to costomers as if she paid for my order. The second consultant I spoke to said that I can expect my refund to be done in 24 hours the ref for the call is 152 680 54 I expect it to be in my account by tomorrow evening. I also expect a manager to call me back acknowledging this email.

POOR SERVICE`
WE ORDERED AND AFTER 2 HOURS STILL NOTHING, SO WE CONTACTED MRD AND THEY SAID ITS THE RESTAURANT. WE PHONED THE RESTAURANT AND THEY SAID OUR ORDER LEFT AN HOUR AND A HALF AGO. THEY BLAME THE RESTAURANT FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. AND WE HAD TO CANCEL THAT ORDER COZ IT WAS LOST. IT WAS 21:00 ALREADY AND COULDNT ORDER AGAIN. THE PREVIOUS ORDER THEY HAD THE ORDER WRONG AND IT WAS COLD. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely Terrible Service!
I have been tossed here and there for the past 3 weeks to get my FNB credit card delivered. The 1st Agent i called took my details and did not log it. The 2nd (after a week of waiting endlessly for the card) stated it wasnt logged and i had to go through the whole process again! 2 days on, no card yet and im forced to call yet again and this time the agent says the delivery man claimed i was not available without putting a call through to my cell no or even speaking with the reception at my office (whom i had left specific instructions for) It beats me why FNB will engage such a ineffectual company for a sensitive process like this. It is really pathetic!!

have now tried to call your line three times, twice cut off, now the third time there seems to be a complete lack of ability to take instruction from an English speaking South African, cannot get the calling telephone number correct (a few attempts) and staff cannot find their way around the menu. I await the actual delivery with baited breath...
