MrD is a load of shit, this is where I’ve had it. The fist 3 times my orders were not complete yet I still paid and brought to the drivers attention and their refusal to help fix the problem is absolute bullshit. I recently ordered food using my card and did not receive it after waiting over an hour. And with every incident, I complained and never heard back from MrD, I tried calling the numbers on the app, on Facebook, twitter, Google and I even complained through messenger, but the number’s conveniently don’t exist and don’t want to go through. Or you people simple do not give a shit to call me back after attaching my number, my email address. I’ve given the info to rectify the situation. But clearly you people don’t care.
This is theft at this point. I am sick and tired of MrD and their drivers just brushing this off as if who gives a fuck. What a load of shit. Bullshit service and a delivery company full of thieves.

This is the second time Mr Delivery has sent their driver to the wrong address and then just canceled my order! I live in a security complex within an estate so there is no street name or number, but the Mr D app does not accept that as a location so I had to add the street that runs in front of the estate as a street and then the app took my apartment number as the street number so now the drivers keep drive up and down that street eventually giving up and then Mr D cancels my order!! Fix you location input settings on your app or stop doing business because this is unacceptable!!

Hello Mr D... How in God's name do you people hire drivers without insurance?? Well lucky who was not so lucky from boksburg decides to and all of a sudden he hits brakes and quickly tries making a u turn on trichards road at the new shopping center with the burger King, I ended up T boning him and all he can say is no insurance, what an absolutely asshole who also put my 3 year old daughters life at risk, how how how

How disappointing to get an order not complete and they take all the money. These are thieves .pathetic. And as if they have the decency of calling back would make a difference how on earth can we evan trust these people. Bad bad service

Buy 4 times a week from Mr D. Since yesterday, they don’t allow us to make cash payment. The Mr D in Boksburg. I understand it’s in the interest of safety, but do understand that allot of people don’t do eft or maybe don’t have a card. This is going to make you loose a lot of customers, starting with me.

There’s always been a payment option, why not at least tell the customers about it. This is advertising, that you can’t deliver, and pathetic. I even tried to phone
Mr D in Boksburg, but I couldn’t get much in, as the lady on the other side couldn’t stop interrupting me as I was talking. I had to eventually put the phone down

We are not happy ..We did go to Mnr delivery in Potchefstroom to work for them me and my wife do delivery now for 6years together ,all the thing in in to head offices but the manger off potchefstroom tell us that my wife can not do delivery with me ,I ride her car and she is my co drywers for 6years we are never apart always together , All the other Mnr d drywers have people with them in there cars ,and why do that manger tell me that ,it's not right ..We see every day and night ,delivery guys and lady's with there kids ,and familie in the cars ...Potchefstroom we are so unhappy because we know everything of the app and all the client know us and we know the streets me and my wife together we are hart working together .....

Mr D is the worst service. Just like the other complaints, I was told something went wrong and they will refund the money...still waiting
Mr D are thiefs, scammers and useless. I will tell everyone I know never to use their services.
I can't even rate a zero, must give at least 1 star before they will post my message.
Despicable.

Paid over R700 for food on my card. Payment was taken no food delivered. No help or feedback. No way to contact service . Will not use your this service again
