Will school assistants(Eas n Gsa) uif claim be reopened as it closed on the 31st of October?if yes when?

In the 12th September 2022 I signed for uif till date have not received any payment?

Why is a retrenched person (retrenched end July 2020) not able to register for UIF until October?

AM I ELIGIBILE TO CLAIM UIF EVEN IF I TOOK VOLUNTARILY SEVERANCE PACKAGE?

I am very disappointed with the service in that place,I started applying for my maternity benefit from 13 February 2017. They do not let me know if there is a problem untill I call wich takes almost half a day to get answered because it gets ignored or put aside.

Unfortunately even if we write on this site we will get no help
but the condition there is just disgusting. You literally try to assist, I don't know how many times did I have to use my cell phone to connect them to my employer.

I started my submission for UIF form in the department that is in Prospection.They have delays saying that they have water problem with the building so they close at 12:39
My question is can I continue with the process there in Port Shepstone?

I want to know how long it take to deal with one case.
