Enquiry
I'm not getting through via telephone line, no one picks up. I'm still waiting on a call from one of the agents as I have put my details on the enquiry list.

Staff have NO EMPATHY at all
I (and the rest of the people in the line behind me) was standing in the queue for more than two hours with a hurting back was chased away by a very rude person that yelled at all of us. The reason I was chased away, was because we did not have tickets issued to us.
I think the way in which the older persons and the young ladies with their babies were treated was absolutely horrible.

Poor service
I am trying to phone since 4 December everyday, phone just ringing, then engaged....making plenty of calls each day and still no answer. Unacceptable!! We also need our money to survive!

No availability!
Absolutely unacceptable towards us as UIF payers. Have bee trying since June to get some feedback regarding a UIF process! Yes, I just wanted feedback as to whether my application was received and succesful. The least they can do is pick up the phone and answer a simple question. I was kicked out of U filing for no reason, therefore can not even track my application. Whether I need to go back in line again is not the problem, at least someone can advise if I should.

Unfriendly whith attitude. Office hours are 07:30 to 16:00 yet they only start working at 08:00. Effectively a 35 hour week, not 40 hours. Handed papers in at 08:30 on Monday 15May 2017 and has still not been captured. Accountant was sick last week. SO! This money belongs to the people who have been forced to take out UIF, pay up. If the staff at this branch cannot do their work effectively, effeciently and with pride, get rid of them. This was their chosen field of employment and no one forced them into it.
