Reviews of SIMPLY SHOES - HEAD OFFICE

On 6th December 2016, I experienced very, very poor customer service at the Southdale branch, 2 employees were extremely rude when I pointed out that there ere 2 different prices on a pair of shoes - shouting at the too of their voice, this is actually the second time this has happened at this branch - I question Simply shoes customer service ethics and if their staff even go for customer service training - very very very unhappy customer

I came into the Meadowdale (Edenvale) branch of simply shoes this morning to ask advice regarding a pair of shoes that I purchased on the 19th September. On the one shoe there was a diamante stone missing and there is a problem with the wiring link on the one line of stones. The staff member that attended to me was not pleasant at all and would not exchange the shoes as they had been worn, and no one would purchase them. They had been tried on with my dress for my matric farwell dance to see if they would be suitable. I am shocked that they would even consider putting faulty shoes back on the shelf!!!!! Surely there should be a 7 day return guarantee on your shoes??? I have purchased many shoes from this store and most definitly wont be back and I'll be sure to let everyone I know, know.

I've been to two Simply Shoes stores on the West Rand and was overwhelmed by the loud music played in the shop. Thank you, but no thanks, you will never see me again and I will tell everyone I encounter that if you want a headache instead of a pair of nice boots, go to Simply Shoes and rock your head off.

I purchased a pair of boots from Simply Shoes Gezina, after the first time I worn them they torn - which looks like a manufacturing fault. The next day I returned the shoes to hear that I cannot get my money back or exchange the shoes for other shoes for the same value.
I worn the shoes for 1 hour - I can't wear it again and lost out on the money.

I contacted head office numerous times with no luck in resolving this issue.

The Consumer Protection Act clearly states that products should be durable for a reasonable time and 1hour for a pair of shoes is definetely not a reasonalby time!!!!!!!!!

What poor quality and customer service.
