Review Avoid at all costs

After paying the full amount for services to be rendered, none of the decor was set up on time. Our event was 2 hours late because of this,and the quality of items provided was poor, dirty and not as quoted. Even now, we have not been refunded for items booked and not received, 3 weeks later.
