Review PATHETIC SERVICE

I have e been trying to get through to the franchise to place an order for the past two weeks, and no one answers the phone, previously I had issues with the staff not being able to communicate effectively, we also had issues with the food being burnt hard or even stale, our orders were not placed correctly. The management is arrogant.
I had a driver even flirting and asking me for more money when I had already paid a delivery fee. This is disgusting!
