Review Debited without applying

I intend to take legal action against your company, you are fraudulently debiting my account, at first I cancelled this debit and when I asked my bank, I was told you always use different ref numbers to scam people, I am now taking action: open a criminal case, report this matter to NCR and ombudsman, you have caused me dearly, you have instituted debt review without my authority. This is criminal as I cannot access credit because of you I will be meeting my lawyer to institute claims against you .... I am not happy at all, the law must take its course
