Review Rude manager or owner

Went to Fellowes Africa to spend a voucher... what a rude man sitting behind the counter (with a crutch). Having worked for companies where the 'customer is king', this was a shocking experience. The attendant was helpful and I think quite embarrassed by his boss's attitude. I left without the goods I'd been looking forward to buying... would rather take my business elsewhere. I run a guest house... lots of foreign visitors; you can be sure I'll be passing this on .
