Review of The Beetle Inn

I stayed at your place on the 18th of July. I must admit that when I first saw your place, it looked lovely, had a nice feeling from the outside. The accommodation isn't tops but it's good enough to stay over night. The pillows and towels just need to be upgraded. I was staying in room 8 and got woken up to loud banging of nails into the wall right outside my room where my head was. The banging of the nails started at 07h30. I asked the maintenance gentleman if he could please wait until 9 so that I could get some sleep as I'd been travelling the entire night. The receptionist came to apologise and said she would ask him to wait until I checked out. This then turned into a situation where the maintenance guy started shouting out loud to another man right down the passage on the inside. It wasn't long after that when the intensity of the banging of the nails started again and this time other was literally otherside of the wall where I was lying but much louder and more intense. I asked them again to please stop but it just continued. When I checked out, I went to reception to ask if the lady could please fill my water bottle and she said thathat I must use the outside tap to fill my bottle. Her attitude was terrible and the way I was treated in general was appalling. Sad to say this but I am not impressed at all. I hope other customers will never be treated as badly as I was.
