My stove was picked up two weeks ago. I just asked for a report, stating what is wrong and a quotation to repair it. Yesterday I followed up three times. We are almost half through the next day, still didn't hear anything. I spoke to Christa and Liesel. I've sent a what's app to Christa (no reply) and asked that they must give Deon a message to phone me.
I want to speak to the manager / owner of Alpha Gas. If my stove is not fixed and ready to be delivered by today, then Alpha Gas must give me a stove to use in the mean time.
I expect a call urgently from you.
