Review of www.bookme.co.za / SA Appointments Online

The Dr. has a great website with the Book me option however when you call this it says "This Business's schedules are not viewable" and when you call the practice it has an answering service that says they are open from 08:00 it is now 08:20 - called Bookme that is in Cape Town and they say sorry please call the Dr. direct. a better response would have been to take my number and from Book Me side get the reception to call. This service was not a great experience, it creates an expectation and then leave you hanging mid air.
