I completed my NQF4 in 2013 and I am still waiting for my certificate. I have been mostly ignored, pushed from one person to another and generally received shocking service. I feel that I have been defrauded as I cannot write my PDE exam or continue with my NQF5 - my real estate career has been on held back. I have complained on Hello Peter and I still get no response.

Hi Michelle, I also did my NQF4 through iSeleSele and only recently found out that they apparently closed down. I handed in all my clusters and did all the remunerations, I was only waiting for my certificate.
What am I suppose to do now?

I have been waiting for my NQF5 certificate for years now. I paid and did everything the first time, only to find out that I had to do it again. I chose Iselesele and have been waiting for years now, only to find out that they have closed down. I am DEFINITELY NOT doing it again. What now?????.
