Review of GERMISTON HUB POST OFFICE

I have a parcell in Germiston Hub from 18 Jan 2017. They do not answer calls, have spoken with customer carre headoffice who could not help via email and telephone.

I need my parcell as it landed 20 Dec 2016 already. Its 6 February. It had to be delivered in 1 week from supplier as we paid for it.

The service is non existant and no one can help. Is it fair that we be held over a barrel and no one helps.

Please if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.
