Review of VENTER POOLS

I phoned your shop today. The receptionist answered the phone. I asked to speak to somebody who can give me advice with a problem. She said she can advise me. I told her that there is an obstruction somewhere in the pipe leading from the pool to the pump. She told me to hold on and a man came to the phone. I explained to him too that there seems to be an obstruction somewhere in the pipe between the pool and the pump. I mentioned that I think one of the children's toys landed in the pipe and asked whether he will be able to come and assist me. After explaining about four times he said he does not understand what my problem is. His last words were "Au, I can't help you".

Firstly the telephone call was one big frustration because the people who answered the phone don't seem to understand simple English. Secondly, if this is the sort of service you give to customers, I will most definitely not make use of you again.

I contacted somebody else and the problem was solved within minutes.
