Extremely disapointed. My sons pair broke and they refused us another pair. Wasn't even 2 months old yet. The reason was the manager at paarden island factory Neva gave a slip for new pair. I have 2 pairs which is still under guarantee but the lady at head office kept the slip. I'm taking it back. Poor service. What happened to the customer always right. Lelanie at head office kept our slip. Hope service will b betta
