The most horrible service I have ever experienced. My Sorento has been with them now for 4 weeks and still they have not repaired the vehicle. Every week it is the same old story of waiting for parts.

If I had postal pigeons I could have sourced the parts form Kia in Korea and have them here by now. Pathetic as I have had to cancel our family's upcoming Easter Weekend.

I hope the Easter bunny brings you guys bricks!
