Review of DEUKOM

Hello,
I am not sure whether this is the right forum but I just wanted to complain about the poor communication Deukom is offering to his customers. One of the programmes Deukom is offering in the German bouquet,Pro 7, has been closed temporarily in order to upgrade the whole bouquet. It was supposed to be broadcasted again in March with all the other new programmes that have been promised to the customers. Well, it's mid March by now and nothing has happened and we us the customers have not been informed about what is going on and about what is going to happen. This is quite disappointing and I would like to know what is happening.
