Review of Uzzi Clothing

Received a shirt valued at R250 as a gift. Was wrapped in wrapping that was not damaged. Had a stain on the back. They refused to let us exchange it as there was no way staff or customers would have damaged it. It must have been the Christmas elves because apparently everyone in store including customers don't get hungry or thirsy while shopping. As far as I'm concerned we got a marked shirt valued at R250 which they probably paid R80 for yet they won't allow an exchange. I feel robbed and accused of being a liar. Will never support them ever again.
