Review of NETFLORIST

I live in the USA and wanted to order flower arrangement for my cousin’s wedding in South Africa. After searching Google I found out Netflorist and thought they will do a good job. I ordered for a same day delivery and their guys went to deliver it late in the evening (for a marriage function). Meanwhile my cousin had already vacated the place. I had provided them a local contact number in Johannesburg and the delivery person spoke to him for alternate address. I contacted my cousin somehow and got the address and provided it to the local contact. But when the local contact called them back, they told him that the address cannot be changed now and the flowers can be delivered only tomorrow. Oh wow… thanks a lot. I took so much pain to find and order something for my cousin’s wedding and these guys messed it up totally. Me and my wife were sad that we were not able to be there for the wedding and thought a bunch of flowers would be a nice way to express our love. And finally I couldn’t send the flowers for the wedding. Thanks to their wonderful service. They dont deserve even a single star. Only a BIG rotten egg. No wonder they received awards only in 2012 and nothing after that.
