Review of Marikana Toll Plaza

I went through Marikana Toll gate on 11/10/12 and only realized afterwards that my garage card was debited twice!
I am not sure who to contact to get a refund on this.
Please advise urgently.

The same happend at the Trac Diamond Toll gate on 4/10/12.

I am not happy about this.
