Review of Beyond Beauty

I was a customer of BB up until recently. As I sat in the chair I was happy talking and trusting away my hair until I got home and washed and styled it to find many mistakes. My foils were spoty not even close to the scalp. the color horrible and the bangs were cut into way to far. It was on a Sunday furious I called left messages. I spoke with a manager who I called Tuesday who offered to have another one of BB super senior stylist to redo my do. I was so angry at how awful my hair looks that I lost all trust that I cancelled the redo appointment. The thought of sitting in the chair for three more hours and anxiety of what my hair would look like I was all set. I lost out on the 140 dollars I paid but learned a life long lesson to never walk into BB again. The service is horrible the product is horrible and they do not use aveda color. They use whatever they feel like mixing up. My hair is dry and gross. The management never followed up with me and at this point I don't even care to bother with that business. There are many salons on cape cod then BB. I gave one star because they make one hell of a cup of tea.
