Review of Summerfield Pools Cc

When I informed someone that I was waiting for Summerfield Pools to come and replace my weir, this person told me to stay away from them as they had personally had terrible service from them and that they also knew some more people who had received very bad service from them and that they never came back to repair bad workmanship, they just ignored you. I told this person that I was still going to use them. After all, if they did a bad job I just would not pay them until I was satisfied.

I asked Summerfield Pools to come and replace the weir on my pool. When they arrived I told the owner, Pat, that I had looked after my neighbor's home and that every time his pool switched off the Kreepy's pipe would be blown out of the weir, meaning that the pipe had to be plugged back into the weir every time the pool pump came on. I asked her not to put in the same weir.
She came and dropped off her employees and after the work was done she just stopped in front of my home and picked them up, not even bothering to check on their workmanship.
The next morning I phoned their shop and asked the lady Margaret to get Pat to come and check on the workmanship. There was no attempt to make it look nice, the weir looked like it was cemented in roughly and carelessly and the Kreepy's pipe came out every time the pool pump went off.
They came back 2 days later and attempted to correct the situation. The next day I phoned again and asked that they come and check on the weir as it was still faulty. They have never bothered to come back.
