Review of Van Flymen & Associates

We - Wonderview Court - have had endless problems with Van Flymen and a claim for repairs to the ceiling and electrics after a serious hail storm in JHB - I managed (myself) to get the go ahead from Hollard - now Van Flymen are dragging their feet - It been over 3 months - how long do we need to wait for you guys to do something about this... Take our premium and then deliver NO SERVICE at all. Perhaps it is now time to resort to the Insurance Ombudsman and the media
