Review of Department Of Labour - Verulam

Very Bad service at the Dept of Labour Verulam, signed for UIF on 24/03 and still no payments no one takes the calls and when they do they give you a story that they had an annual shut down period, what does that have to do with us we need our payments, we are unemployed and waiting every day for the money to come through, something needs to be done about this branch in Verulam, no calls are taken and when they do they always tell you if nothing comes through in one week call back, imagine waiting a whole week anticipating your funds are going to come through this is terrible service and this is from the manager Pooby Pillay.... very sickening someone please investigate!!!!!!!!!!

I agree , pathetic service , no answering phones, poor communication, treat us Indians very bad. 3 weeks now, my wife still waiting for payment. They feel they doing us a favour, so one will help this situation , unfortunately.
