Review of Sniper Security Systems

The previous tenants relocated to Australia. We requested Sniper to come and default the keypad as we don't know what the old passcodes were. The owner sent my husband on the run around for weeks and resulted in a shouting match. he was very rude and very unprofessional. He simply refused after weeks of empty promises to come and default it. We got another company to activate the alarm. His behaviour was atrocious to say the least, unacceptable, unprofessional, no service. I will not recommend this no-service company to anyone. This could have been handled very differently.
